At FORZAGEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
